I placed my order on a Sunday evening and paid extra for 3-day shipping. After almost a week with no package, I called customer service and had to leave a message. My order finally arrived on Day 8. I eventually received a callback from customer service a few days after that asking me to call them to discuss further. I didn't bother because there was nothing more to be done at that point. UPDATE: After posting this negative review, the cost of my 3-day shipping was refunded about 2 months later.
