The framed print was slightly cricked on the side but not noticeable enough to return. For the price, it’s fine.

i have had several problems with items getting damaged in shipping, obviously not your fault but nobody ever bothered to tell me i had to call and find out where is my item only to find out ups has returned to you, also have one item on order for almost 3 weeks and still says awaiting fullfillment and i have called twice about this and received no response other than i will get back to you which nobody ever does... very frustrating, having said that have had no problems with multiple items getting delivered other than the above exceptions

I ordered a 12 foot xmas tree on Dec 26, it came weeks later and was only a 5 ft tree. They did provide a refund and allowed us to donate the 5 ft tree, but were then out of 12 foot trees.

Part wasn’t as described. You can send it back, but, the shipping is as much as the part. First world problems?
