I paid extra for faster shipping but was accidentally shipped the wrong product. I no longer had enough time to get the correct item in time for this recent holiday. However, Christmas Central did respond to my concern about the incorrect order and they did refund all of the money I paid realizing their error. I am happy to say that they do indeed pay attention to their customer's issues and I will probably shop there again.

This was my first experience. I brought the 23" Black and Gold Rhinestone Bead Christmas Stocking for my pastor and his family, so a total of 7. The stocking was absolutely beautiful - but they were noticeably different! From one extreme to the other they could have a wide foot, or long and skinny. I was pretty upset, and would have returned them, but the pastor was gracious about it, and said it didn't matter. I feel it most certainly did, so I hope in the future there is more quality control on the products.

I called Christmas Central twice to find out when my order would be shipped and no one answered the phone. I left messages and my phone number and no one returned my calls. I was able to find the same apron on another website at half the price. When I finally received the order from Christmas Central, I returned it.
