I had ordered 3 nutcrackers for my grand-children, but only two came in. the third one was unfortunately cancelled, therefore I did not have the opportunity to give the grand-kids their yearly nutcrackers. I will order again, but I was a little disappointed.

I was able to get 35-20 string battery operated LED lights for wreaths at my church. Everything came timely (although I did have to contact customer service because I never got a confirmation or anticipated delivery date). Everything worked. We were short 1 string of lights, but were able to substitute with something we had. I would order from Christmas Central again.

Items didn't ship until several days AFTER the titled delivery date. One item was received 4-5 days late and the other about a week more. No responses to emails or phone calls.

I ordered three outdoor Christmas trees in two separate orders. Both had delivery issues. After the first order was late, I paid for expedited delivery for the second order and that was late, too. The problems were not with UPS, they were with the warehouse - both times. In my final order (2 trees) one of them had non-working lights in the middle section of the tree. I emailed customer service, attached a photo, and asked for a replacement, but they said it was out of stock. These are all issues within your control. Very dissatisfied!
