I ordered 10 sets of lights for the house. FIrst thing I did was open each box up and plug them in to make sure they worked. All worked except I found 1 bulb broken. I called but no answer. So I emailed. 10 days later and still no response.

I did receive the items ordered in a timely manner yet they were not the correct color. After a week I'm still waiting to find out if I can return them for a refund. It is now too late to receive the correct color items before Christmas.

I think their wreaths and trees are beautiful, but found the stated measurements for their wreaths inaccurate, I wanted to fill a specific space with a wreath so I ordered a 30" wreath that matched my needs. It was slightly over 26" but that was with full extension of the branches and not charmingly curved. I then measured a wreath bought the prior year for a more open area and found it too was really almost 4 inches shorter. So, if you really must have a specific wreath size, consider going larger, but regardless their products are beautiful and of high quality (even when subjected annually to harsh winter weather outside).

I ordered 2 lighted reindeer, and one of them was missing a piece and did not light up. However, when I called customer service I talked to a real person. She was very friendly and efficient. They shipped a new reindeer immediately, no questions asked. So even though the original reindeer was defective, the great customer service made it right!
