My only complaint would be how long it took to ship! It did arrive within one day of deliver date. It also said I requested a pick up and not delivery to our PO Box…. I did neither…there was no option. Very happy to have the brown colored wires!

My order came in quickly, which was great! However I ordered 3 very large boxes of “pure white” snow. I opened the first one to use and discovered the pure white snow has a very definite blue tint so couldn’t use any of it. Since the other 2 boxes had not been opened I wanted to return them but found out I had to pay the shipping. So it cost me over $60 each to send them back. You should have free return shipping if the product is defective.

Customer Service is excellent! I bought the large lighted Nativity to hang on My terrace. The outline of the nativity scene could have been better and the blue lights around Mary don’t really show from a distance. It looks like there’s no light from that side. White lights should have been used on entire nativity which would have made the outline more identifiable to the outside.

My ornament was broke I notified The company They sent me out the wrong ornament I replied and ask for the right one to be corrected. I don’t think I would ever recommend this company. I never received the correct ornament yet.

This is the only store that had the color ornaments that I needed for my county wide realtor event. Some of the ornaments arrived shattered and some with dents making them unusable, which stinks because I ordered what I needed without wiggle room. I would order from them again but would add more to the order so I get what I need for such a big event.
