The product came damaged. Customer service was good and issued a credit upon receipt of a picture. The product needs to packaged in a sturdier container. The container came very damaged.

My wife and I LOVE this company! Merchandise is of higher quality than most and customer service/satisfaction is well beyond that of many companies that we have done business with. Had a serious issue with an item which I ordered but did not discover the problem until much later. Notified the company. Very quick responce time. Due to the nature of this problem, they quickly and easily, and legally could have found a way to dodge the issue. At best I expected some form of a comprimise offer by the company. NOPE! They offered to step-up and completely deal with the issue. You can feel confident that Christmas Central is a family run business that understands customer satisfaction and is placed right up there with making a profit. They understand the old world importance of Christmas to famlies and truly make you feel like you are doing business with a family member and not just some large impersonal online company. I can honestly say that you can buy from them with full confidence.

Three of my items were short a lot of ornaments. I emailed and they reshipped and got it incorrect again. I am still short ornaments. Also, the first order had two broken ornaments. The second order they put in an envelope bag, and they were broken also. Packing was terrible. I still do not have the ornaments I need. These ornaments were for my city's Festival of Trees. I'm so disappointed.
