Customer service was amazing! They worked with me every step of the way. They are sending me out a new tree. I would definitely buy from Christmas Central again. They were professional and very friendly. Thank you Christmas Central for making my experience with your company wonderful!

Two. Stars because the strands of lights that are actually working are pretty however, two of my fourth strands are not working. Your website says that I am unable to return so of course this is a huge waste of money. Very frustrating had I known I would not have purchased from your company.

Exactly what I wanted. But do not like paying the exchange so would think about ordering again.

Online it appeared to be a very pretty red berry wreath; therefore I bought it as a gift for a friend who had wanted one. It arrived in a timely manner but, upon opening the box I discovered numerous broken "berries" causing the whole wreath to be mottled with white spots. I tried to salvage it as best I could by "painting" the many white spots with red magic marker. Unfortunately, many of the "berries" wound up completely breaking off when I attempted this. This item is so fragile that just picking it up seems to cause it damage. I won't be purchasing anything else from Christmas Central!
