Not sure who was to blame but the package delivered for our order was damaged and refused. There was very little communication by EITHER party (you or UPS) about the process of returning the item. I had to do a significant amount of calling and talking to people at your business and UPS to find out if the box was received back and when a decision was to be made and what my options were in this process. I had to look up your company on the internet to get a phone number to call.
Very disappointing process. You should do better!
