Overall, I was satisfied with the tilt stands I purchased. However, the delivery was a little disappointing. I could have saved $40 going with a different company but Cisco Eagle assured me 2-day shipping. Well, it took more like 6 days because someone dropped the ball. The only reason I paid the additional $40 with Cisco was for the 2-day shipping because I needed them immediately. So i overpaid for nothing.

My order was only 1 item 36" x 48" X 2". The dimensions were oversize and the shipping charge was quoted for LTL freight, at a charge over $200. I called and spoke to the shipping manager, asking if they could package the item in a corrugated wrapper and ship UPS ground (with an oversize dimension charge). The manager was very helpful and agreed!....and I saved well over $100 on shipping.
I know it took extra labor to package the item for small package shipping, so the extra help was very much appreciated!
