When the item I ordered was out of stock due to a website glitch Jackie went out of her way to contact me by phone and and help me find a similar cane. Customer service should always be this good! Thank you, Jackie! The cane is beautiful, too!

Jackie was great to deal with. She was recommended by the German Manufacturer of my forearm crutches. I used to order from another dealer, who charged quite a bit more.
Very happy!

The service and fast delivery was just perfect, but the quality of the walking boot cover is very disappointing. The sole is brittle and not suited for Montreal’s winter sidewalks with rock salt.
After my first walk of 20 minutes there was a hole in the sole. I will send you a photo. I repaired
it with duct tape.
