I live in the United States and I placed three orders with cool crutches by Jackie. The reason I ordered from her was that she carried crutches made in Germany that I could not find in the US. I am very happy with my three purchases and I will continue to order from Jackie.

OSSENBERG FOREARM CRUTCHES -FULL CUFF-Soft
Order was hand delivered by Jackie herself! She was traveling through my town and made a special stop and took the time to display and describe my canes. I have never had customer service like this before.
The Ossenberg canes are stable durable and incredibly comfortable. Ask about the soft cuff attachment....very nice. Thanks Cool Crutches by Jackie. I can attest she's pretty cool.
cheers

I ordered these crutches for my daughter who also uses a wheelchair. They are comfortable, foldable, and convenient for her. They are her first arm crutches and she loves them

What a wonderful company to deal with! Very helpful and caring. I ordered my forearm crutches from Jackie on a Friday and had them on Monday. Very fast service, indeed. And, I couldn’t be happier with the crutches. They are perfect in every way!

Amazing service and follow-up. Possibly the best customer service I’ve had in years! Jackie consulted with me to ensure that the product I ordered was what I actually needed since it was a gift. When it turned out I had bought the wrong item, she substituted the purchase with a more suitable product at her cost (this never happens). Due to shipping issues at the moment related to Covid-19, she ensured the items were sent by courier, again at her cost. They arrived right away. She followed up to see if the items arrived and to see if the gift recipient was happy with the product. They were very happy! I‘m very happy that I found this shop! Great products, lots of variety, fair prices and amazing customer service! Will certainly order from this shop again should I further require such products. Thank you again!

The shooting was great and I love the crutches, but the wheelchair umbrella I ordered is a bit faulty

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jackie made sure that I got the best crutches for my specific needs. She was easy to talk to, compassionate and it was like talking to a family member or friend who really wanted to help me. I was so excited to finally get my beautiful crutches. Thank you so much Jackie!
