Very quick postage On line measuring chart made ordering easy Being 6 ft tall, it was amazing to find a long body corset, so it fitted like a glove and made me feel like Jessica Rabbit for the evening.

I found the website a little difficult and email communication unhelpful but once I rang and spoke to someone everything got sorted.

Just read some of the other reviews and I think they need to rethink their sizes as it obviously isn't just me that had an issue with this. Also the returns process is ridiculous and the explanation of it difficult to decifer.

Bought a skirt for my slim daughter and it's gorgeous and fits perfectly. She's naturally very slim and really struggles to find nice clothes that fit without me needing to alter them. Beautifully made and excellent value. Thank you

Just wish we would see all the offers direct from the web page and not have to go through the emails.

I am really sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. This is unacceptable and should not have happened. We offer our customers fair wear and tear policy which is 30 days for acrylic boned items and 60 days for steel boned items. Can you please email at sales@corsets-uk.com with a fault visible so we can look into this for you and help you further? If you wish to return the other item, please log into your Corset Story account and place a returns request. I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

Had to send the corset back (see below) but cannot fault the customer service team as I was sent a pre-paid return label and a full refund was issued very quickly.

Excellent value for money and quick delivery, although it is expensive to return items. However due to good item descriptions, photos and sizing advice I've only needed to return one item of many.
