Lovely website, though more information should be given with the costumes, such as length of skirts

You can find the length of each product on its descriptive page in 'Styling features', the corset length is measured on the 2nd seam of the corset (the one that goes across the bust). Kind Regards, Axelle Corset Story

I am sorry to hear that the corset was not as expected and that you have received a faulty item. This is unacceptable and should not have happened. Please notice that the sizing chart is only a guide line, we can't guarantee the corset will be a perfect fir as our customers are different shapes and sizes. If you could please take a picture of the item with the fault visible, email it to us at sales@corsets-uk.com, so we will be able to look into this for you and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am really sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story

Delivery is very good. Staff are friendly and courteous. Returns are easy to arrange but have to be paid for by the buyer and as the items need to be tried on to see if they fit this does not make the service very user friendly.
