The service is good and the delivery time is excellent, the size charts are not great though

I am sorry to hear that the dress was not a good fit. Please notice that the sizing chart is only a guide line, we can't guarantee the dress will be a perfect fit as our customers are different shapes and sizes. I am sorry about that. Unfortunately you are not able to return the dress if you have added extra panel and used it. Normally our customers have 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy which starts from the date you have received your order. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

Quick and easy. Unfortunately I had to return 3 of the items because of ordering the wrong size, my fault. Easy to return (although a bit costly!) Hopefully the exchange will arrive soon.

Someone provided a link to a specific corset. It was so cheap, especially including shipping, that I thought it had to be some kind of scam. It was also so cheap that I thought it was worth the chance. Not a scam, excellent corset, cheap and fast.

Always love the products. A little disappointed that it cost me more to return the items registered post than I got refunded
