I am sorry to hear that the corset ordered with us wasn't a good fit for you and it didn't had the correct length for your body. However as every person has a different body shape we can't unfortunately guarantee it will be the correct fit or length We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges. Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

Good service, arrived when predicted, though an exchanged item was unfortunately sent to my billing (not delivery address), which was inconvenient but not the end of the world

Fast, accurate and reasonably priced. I chose the company also for the fact it's located in EU so no need for those annoying customs declarations. The package was on my door days before the estimated delivery time.

I am sorry to hear that the item was not as expected. As mentioned in "styling features", the skirt is 15 inches long. We offer our customers 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy, which starts from the day you have received your order. You are welcome to return the item back to us. Please log into your Corset Story account and submit a returns request. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
