Good prices and products. Customer service and returns policy is poor. It needs modernising when compared to other companies in the same field.

An excellent service, prompt delivery and a first class response to a faulty product, no quibble at all and you even sent a smaller size without question.

Fast and reliable service. Unfortunaly I had to return my dress due to it not being what I wanted but your return service was also fast and reliable and easy to use.

I used one of two Wowchers. Couldn't use the second one as unable to get the link to work and could not find the actual product on the site. Then my voucher was not accepted and said invalid and then expired before I could fix it. I did contact Wowcher who told me to go to the corset story site which I had done. In the end I gave up and used only one of the wowchers and so lost money.
