Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the corset does not fit. Our photographs are as accurate as possible. And our products are submitted to various strict quality controls before they are shipped out. We apologize for this inconvenience. I am addressing this issue with our marketing team to look into this. In the mean time if you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange you are more than welcome to do so, simply follow the procedure on your customer account (RMA). We would also be happy to send you a new lacing. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance at email sales@corsets-uk.com. Kind regards, Corset Story

Good service. Got help fast when I needed it. The only thing I did not like was that I have to fix the return myself and can't get help through Corset Story.
