when i ordered the first corset i had to make an account, which i started doing as part of the payment process, but this was not registered as i paid using PayPal. There was no information about this anywhere on the site. As a result i had to make the account again, and the corset i ordered was not registered on my account. apart from this i am happy with the service.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear the corset does not fit. Please note that this corset is a fashion one, with plastic bones. As such, this corset type does not offer strong support. Please note that we offer steel boned corsets that will give your body much support: http://www.corsets-uk.com/corsets/steel-boned-corsets.html In the mean time if you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange you are more than welcome to do so, simply follow the procedure on your customer account (RMA). Do not hesitate to contact our customer service at sales@corset-story.com for more information. Kind regards, Corset Story
