Response from Corset Story Ltd - UK
May 26, 2014
Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. I can see from your order that you have placed the order as a guest and that's the reason you are not able to make the returns request in our website, I am really sorry about that. However it is not a problem, you'll shortly receive an email from us how to return the item. We offer our customers 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy. Also I will email you how to measure yourself for the corset, maybe it will help you to choose the right size. Please don't hesitate to contact our customer service at sales@corsets-uk.com if you have any questions. I apologise for any inconvenience. Kind Regards Nina Corset Story
