Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that you have not been happy with our product. We offer our customers fair wear and tear policy, which is 30 days for acrylic boned items and 60 days for steel boned items. Can you please send us the photo of the fault so we can look into this. Please email it to our customer service at sales@corsets-uk.com. I have looked into your order and I can see that your order was dispatched on 6th of May and with your chosen shipping option (Airmail 5-15 working days) it was still in the time frame. We don't count weekends and bank holidays as most of the courier services don't work then. I am really sorry about that. Please notice that the sizing charts are only a guide line. We offer our customers 30 days exchange and 14 days refund policy.
