low hassle, quick postage and clear payment system, my only criticism would be the categorised browsing system-- i would have preferred a system like ebays- colour/size/price/type as opposed to searching through chunks of styles

After sending two corsets back to get smaller sizes, they sent them to the wrong address. However, after calling them up, they managed to resolve the issue by sending two more corsets to the correct address, instead of just waiting for the others to come back to them. (Unless they hadn't actually sent them off when they said they had.)

Having been unsure of my correct size as this is my first corset, I have had to make two returns so far. This company has been ever so helpful and even when an issue arose due to internet problems, Corset Story were only too happy to help. I've been pleasantly surprised with great customer service and wish more companies too the same approach! Great!

Many thanks for your comment. We are sorry to hear the skirt did not fit. All our corset dresses come with a skirt in the same size. Unfortunately, we do not offer this particular skirt and corset as separate items as they come as a set. We are sorry about that. If an item does not fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can send it back to us for a refund or an exchange. Please note, we offer a 14 days refund policy and a 30 days exchange policy, starting with arrival of the order. Kind regards Corset Story

Thank you for your email. I am really sorry to hear that. It is unacceptable and should not have happened. We offer our customers fair wear and tear policy, which is 30 days for acrylic boned items and 60 days for steel boned items. Can you please email our customer service at sales@corsets-uk.com, with a photo where the fault is clearly seen. As soon as we have received the photo,we can look into this. I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
