Many thanks for your comment. We are sorry to hear the item did not fit perfectly. We put much effort in keeping our sizing tables up to date and as accurate as possible. Please note, those sizing tables are a guide only and do not guarantee a perfect fit as everybody has a different body shape and composition. However, we are always try to improve our products and services and I will forward the issue regarding the sizing and the lacing raised by you to our product development department to have a closer look into it. If you are in doubt about the right sizing, please contact our customer service (sales@corsets-uk.com) and we are more than happy to help you. In case you are not fully happy with an item you can return the item to us for a refund (within 14 days after you received the item) or an exchange (within 30 days). Kind regards, Corset Story
