Thank you for your feedback. The feedback of our customer always helps us to improve our services. I am sorry to hear that! In case the clips are not in perfect condition you are welcome to send us a picture of the item so we can look into this and help you as soon as possible. Please note we do offer a 'fair wear and tear' on our items (30 days for acrylic boned items and accessories and 60 days for steel boned items from the date of receiving the order), therefore we are happy to look into this for you after we have received a clear picture of the fault. I have passed the feedback to our product development team. We are happy to hear you like our products. Thank you again and have a nice day! Kind regards, Kind regards, Verena Corset Story

Fast service and quality products. The only drawback was that the sizing was slightly different with different styles of corset. This is my very first time ordering a corset so ordered as per the sizing instructions. Unfortunately two of the corsets were too small.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really sorry to hear that the corset was not a perfect fit. Please notice that our size charts are only a guide line, we can't guarantee that the corset will be a perfect fit because our customers are different shapes and sizes. You are welcome to return it back to us for exchange. I have sent you an email to help you with sizing and returning the unwanted items, please have a look at your emails and check out the spam folder as well in case it might go there. I apologise for any inconvenience. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story
