Two of the products received this time were not great quality and I ended up returning all products. I have received a refund now but the returns process is very convoluted and causes unecessary admin - it feels as though barriers are being put in place to stop customers from returning goods. I'd suggest the refund process is revisited to streamline and make it more customer-centtric.
