Have bought satisfactorily before. On this occasion the order was disappointing. The returns process was handled well with good communication and a swift refund.

Thank you for your email. I will address this issue with our manufacturer to look into this design! In the mean time if you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange you are more than welcome to do so. We do have a size chart on our website which is correct for our products. This can be found: https://support.corsets-uk.com/entries/20476876-size-chart-fashion-corset Kind Regards, Annie

Had to wait for delivery as the item was out of stock but this was very clear in the communication. I had to return my item for a refund and this was swiftly processed.

Very quick delivery on these items. Although I am still awaiting two corsets from a previous order?

Really good fast service, only down side is that it says on the website that you have in stock sizes that you didn't have after all.

I generally like corset-uk, although being a rather odd shape myself, i find it hard to find corsets that fit within the lower price ranges/ sale items which are the only ones I can afford. I would love to see products catering to the shorter torso too, not just the longline or average sizes. Other than that, an overall great service! :)
