Amazed by how quickly item was dispatched. Very impressed. Would have liked an email advising item dispatched. However that is a very minor point. Good value. Would recommend.

Thank you for your email. These items are for fashion purposes only and not designed to bring the waist in. If you are looking for something that is stronger I would recommend trying a steel boned corset. Sorry for any inconvenience. Kind Regards, Annie

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the fitting of your corset. When the bust area is showing a large gap between the bust and corset, we normally recommend to go a corset size down so that the top of the corset can be tightened closer to your bust. If this is no better, for ladies who are looking to reduce their waist measurement, we then recommend underbust corsets. I hope this helps! Please do not hesitate to get back in touch if you would like any further guidance. Kind Regards, Annie

Answering customer queries could have been better, the responses indicated that they hadn't actually read the message and were possibly auto-responses.
