Online support was prompt. Had a few problems getting through to company over the phone, but once you do they are prompt in resolving issues. They are very polite and helpful.

Items as described. Support team were excellent in changing the size of all my outstanding orders once I encountered a problem with sizing. It was however quite difficult to get through over the phone, but once you did, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Have 3 of your corsets now delighted with all of them and will buy more quality for price is unbeatable and I get compliments every time I wear one . My only challenge is I was a bit dissapointed by the designs of your vintage goth - I felt the colours and designs didn't fall under that heading but that's just my opinion. Love the stwampunk range truly awesome . Please could I suggest that you supply or add a link to suitable tops to wear and compliment the underbust corsets . Keep up the good work and ill be back to buy more soon

Everytime I had a query it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and the corsets are fabulous and well priced. Though in future if there is going to be a delay in an order you've already waited a month for, it'd be nice to receive a quick email saying that it will be delayed by x many days without having to enquire about it. I also didn't receive one of my items which has frustrated me quite a bit.
