Lovely items at great price & prompt delivery. My only comment was the confusion on your site between price & paid as although I selected an item for a certain amout it was in the basket for less. The correction was made at checkout by adding Tax (I guess VAT) but I must say this was a confusing situation. I'm sure Commercial Customers may need this breakdown. I as a Domestic one, did not. I suggest your Sales when adding to Basket show FULL Price & on Checkout show "Total including £**** VAT" For example Price £35.00 P & P £02.50 Total £37.50 to Pay * I hope this helps. Thank you Total includes....VAT at 20% of £7.50

Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry about this! I will address this issue with our manufacturer to look into the fastenings! In the mean time if you would like to return your item to us for a refund or exchange you are more than welcome to do so. Kind Regards, Annie
