Returns policy and options a little confusing as we had completed the paper work but had no idea we have to complete this online as well to get the refund and exchange.

Excellent well thought-out web-pages. Plenty of useful infomation to ensure the garment you recieve is the garment you want. Plenty of up-front information regarding delays (alterations etc.) so you know before you buy, not after.

all good so far.... deliveries were reasonably timed. I had to return first item but there was no quibble and a replacement was sent out straight away. The only bad thing was having to spend £6 to return it!
