Staff are friendly, polite and helpful, i've also had quick replies to enquiries by email. I do have problems now with viewing and ordering online as my ONLY internet access is via smartphone. I know that this is trying to be rectified but it's taking a long time, and I was thinking of unsubscribing because of it.

most of the time it is excellent, but then every now and then things go wrong and an order doesn't come or I get sent double the order and because I am honest, I let you know and organize to send it back often at my cost and time, which is a nuisance. Currently I am disappointed as I had a back-ordered item ordered in April, and I still haven't got it... every time I ask, I am told it is in process... where is it ? I have paid for the Steampunk skirt and no further updates, which means I am left having to chase you for my items. A back order item should have a mailing list to the customer with updates, expected delivery, any delays, or state if it is now shipped.
