There was a mix up, my fault, with my address. I've ordered before with my current address but somehow it reverted to a very old address and my product was shipped there. Yikes. Their customer service stepped right up and helped me get the product I ordered. And as always their products are 100% awesome! This is the 8th corset I've ordered from them and each one of them has held up very well. I do a lot of costuming and design. I always recommend CS to those who ask where I buy my gorgeous corsets. Have had other vendors seek my business, but my loyalty stays with CS!

Exchanging the size was quick and easy. After not knowing what size I should be getting. Size chart is easy to read and was able to know what U.K. size I was however on the U.S. ordering cite only show the U.S. sized and no comparison to the U.K. and U.S. So was very glad I could exchange the size and receive the correct size just as fast as the frist order.

Love the quality and the pricing--truly can't be beat. The major issue is the website isn't terribly mobile friendly and the app isn't as intuitive to navigate as the website.

I love the quality of the corsets. However, there could be better descriptions of why different corsets are shapped differently. I ordeded an underbust corset that had no shape at the top, it was a straight line. I did not realized that the straight line fit differently and does not enhance my tiny A cup bust as much, and is more uncomfortable for my upper ribs and under the armpits. Otherwise it is beautiful and brings my waist in nicely

I have purchased through corset story a few times, and am always happy with the quality of the product that I receive. This order lost a star though because it arrived days after the specified time frame. I have never had a corset-story order come late before, and I hope that this was just an anomaly.

2nd time purchaser. Due to the international shipping it is sometimes a bit awkward picking up my packages because I only have a PO Box to deliver to and don't get delivery notifications. However once I checked with the post office directly they had the package and I was able to pick it up.
