I gave only 4 for the reason the USPS was involved, if you would keep the orders with UPS It would be much nicer. Loved my order great products.

I do not understand the exchange information and I would prefer to speak to someone on the phone, instead of email. So far, I'm not really happy because I don't know what's going on with my order now. I responded to an email earlier from Chris, at this point, I haven't heard back. I mailed the one item back today. I love the corsets I ordered! I will say the tutu that went to one, is cheap looking. Tutu will probably go to the back of the closet or in the trash.

My husband discovered this site and has given me several gifts from Corset Story. I love them all!! Corsets and dresses alike. Great sales and wonderful merchandise. My only con would be the photo colors of the Brown Corsets/dresses are different from what actually shows up. I assume it's the flash that makes it seem a lighter color than what it actually is. Other than that we will definitely be shopping here again. FYI I know costume designers who shop here!

I had to return the corsets I ordered for an exchange. I also had to call customer service to obtain some information before choosing my item to exchange. Everything went wonderfully and timely. I'll be using them again for sure.
