In the past few months, the USPS has lost (6) corsets. I'm giving CS (5) stars for their customer service in trying to help rectify a horrible situation. My last order became lost, and I notified CS as soon as I realized it. Chris in customer service had a replacement order and a credit on my account within hours. She also has gone out of her way to stay in contact with me concerning the second shipment which to our dismay has also become lost. I cannot express my gratitude to know my account is being taken care of and given the utmost attention. I have been so pleased with the quality of CS corsets, and their customer service has been top notch.

The quality of the item was better than what I expected. The fit was a little big for me but only because of the size that i purchased. An overall very good experience.
