Shipped pretty quick, I even had to do a return and it was fairly easy.

After a mix up on UK vs. US sizing, Corset Story cheerfully accepted return of the wrong-sized item and sent a replacement that arrived earlier than expected.

Arrived very quickly, sooner than expected, although shipping that included tracking was expensive, it is well worth it.

I ordered the wrong size corsets and had to return and exchange them. Chris from Corset Story was super friendly and helped me step by step, even with the size exchange. I've ordered from them before and will continue to order from them.

Fine but took a while to get through to Corset Story to get an answer to sizing questions

The product arrived in a timely fashion, and the website was informative about what could be found, as well as how each item should fit. I would most certainly recommend this company, as well as buy from them again.

I have recommended my friends to this site, I have purchased lots of products from here, as they are so well made.

While Corset Story got the package processed quickly, I paid almost twice as much for shipping as I did for the corset in order to have it here in time for our holiday gift exchange. It arrived two days later, which is when the delivery estimate for the cheaper shipping placed it, rather than the method I paid for. I know it was coming overseas at Christmastime, but the online estimator should have reflected that.
