Helpful and accurate sizing charts. Very expedient shipping and easily tracked from across the Pond using UPS i-parcel. In spite of the Christmas holiday, I received my parcel quite quickly.

contacted customer service as didn't realise the difference would be charged between aus dollars and uk. the service and replies were prompt and very respectful. There was no issue only a misunderstanding it turned out and once that was clarified, product arrived within week. I AM VERY HAPPY and the long corset is perfect and beautiful

I ordered two corsets at the beginning of December and they showed up Christmas Eve, fit perfect, and were in good condition.

Items were shipped timely and the measuring guide was helpful. I did need to return something and that process was very simple.

Products came on (early in fact) during the Christmas rush and chaos of mail. Loved having everything on time!

Corset story shapewear is new to me but I was so delighted to view their Catalogue and see the wiide variety of products. I ordered one product and it didn't fit and they were great about returns.

I can recommend you corsets and have been referred to you by a family member. I recommend this company. except the corset is too large and I'm having trouble getting response back from this company on how to proceed to get a refund or exchange.
