Even though the corset I ordered was too small, I am incredibly impressed by the quality of the item. The material is gorgeous, not too shiny or satin-y to look cheap but good quality. The corset is nice & sturdy, not at all flimsy, exactly what I'm looking for. Was worried about the return process but was pleasantly surprised when I was instructed to return it to a California return office, not internationally. All in all, I was happy with the service & the product & will be happy to order from them again.

I got my corset on sale and honestly was a little skeptical about quality because of the great price I got it at. I was pleasantly surprised when this item came quickly and was great quality. It fit me perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

I received a corset and dress from my husband for Christmas. He ordered late in the season, but the package arrived in enough time for him to check the order and wrap the gift. Other than that, I don't know much about the customer service experience.

I got my two corsets about a week and a half after ordering them, and they fit beautifully!! I went out on New Year's Eve, and I got so many compliments on my buckled corset, I couldn't help but to say where I got it! Instantly slimming, (eventually) very comfortable, and I can't say enough good things! Initially, I did get overcharged, but it was solved within 48 hours. Definitely gonna shop from here in the future!!!
