It was very easy to navigate and select exactly what I wanted. The pictures were lovely and the descriptions were very helpful. Checkout was just as easy and quite fast. I cannot wait to receive my order.

As someone who doesn’t often buy online I was anxious that this would be difficult, instead I found the people at Corset Story to be incredibly helpful and they even went out of their way to fix my order that I’d made a couple of mistakes on. I’m super happy with how this has gone and I can’t wait to receive my corsets! Thank you all so much!

I love the designs that were given. However there were some that I was disappointed to see weren’t in my size but not in clearance. This is my first time buying a corset and so I’m hoping the sizing guide on the website works! But overall the sizing guide made it super easy and reassure me that I was picking the right size.

Expecting my corsets soon - if they are even half as good as the customer service, I will be thrilled. I had questions about my original order, which were answered quickly and with sufficient information. When a backordered item was further delayed, I was informed promptly and given options on how to proceed. When I chose to cancel that order and reorder to avoid the delayed item, the cancellation was processed immediately. My new order shipped the morning after I placed it. Seriously excellent customer service.

The website is easy to navigate and the products are both gorgeous and high quality. The only issue my friend and I had (we went in on an order together!) was a number of items being out of stock without a super clear indicator of that, or certain items only being sold in really restrictive sizes.

I love corset story. Always fun to find new styles, amazing quality, and a super easy return process when one of them didn't work out.

Buying the corsets was fun! however, navigating the website was difficult and a cause of frustration. if you clicked back after looking at a corset, it doesnt lead you to the screen with a filter, it leads you all the way to the front page, which means you then have to navigate with the top down filter menu (which was difficult because I couldnt keep it up while scrolling). we bought four corsets, we ended up navigating that problem more than four times, and it was frustrating. in the future id love to see more plus size inclusive designs in pretty colors! the ones that were available were great, but some of the almost exclusively smaller waist corsets are so gorgeous and it makes me heartbroken to not be able to wear it on my own body. overall, wonderful experience!

I am giving a 3 star review for a couple of reasons. First thing was the delay. I understand the delay was out of their hands, but my order arrived later than the latest day I was told they would arrive. The second thing is the quality control. One of the corsets (mesh and vinyl) had been sewn poorly and the mesh fabric came right out of the vinyl seam binding in two places. The other three corsets I had received are beautiful. The fabrics are gorgeous and they fit like a glove! I am very happy with my purchase except for the mesh corset having a problem.
