Preorder item was delayed further than its original preorder date, and entire order was held until order was complete. Shipping was super fast once order was fulfilled. From UK to Texas in less than 24 hours.

I loved shopping on your site! The descriptions are exactly what I needed. Navigating back to a fileted list after looking at a specific product did prove cumbersome. I would have to select the filters again.

It would be great if orders were not held until all pre-order items are available. We ordered over $200 of corsets in February and have still not received them. I understand waiting for a pre-order, but receiving regular items separately in the meantime would be much better.

It was easy and they have great variety. They were polite enough to email me that my order had been delayed and why so I didn't have to worry which is more than some other online shops. I'll definitely be buying more.

Easy to shop and navigate the website, I appreciate that they sizing guide is on every listing, just wish that the size ranges went higher on all corsets.

Still haven't received my order placed in March, ship date was mid April. If someone can call me to tell me what's going on I would appreciate it.

I have yet to receive my order! It’s been weeks. I’ve inquired with the company. I haven’t gotten any tracking information! Very frustrating. I’ve been looking forward to receiving my order but considering asking for my money back.

I found the whole experience easy and convenient. My only frustration was that many of the designs I looked out were out of stock in my size.

Most of the fit descriptions were spot on and hopefully so will be the corsets! My only complaint is that the majority are in the standard inches, while some are sized like dresses with a slightly more vague fit description. I wish they would ship garments as they arrive, and not wait for the preorder items-the shipping time is long enough!! Either way I can’t wait to get my corsets!

Ordering was super easy, and the corsets came much faster than anticipated! I'd love to go through Corset Story again :D
