super good deal with the 5 for 1 and beautiful designs with a very easy to use website

Fairly easy to use but confusing that some are in inch sizes while others are in number sizes and also the “win a free corset” was constantly popping up and blocking me from clicking on pages.

Helpful advice everywhere, great styles, amazing sales! Glad to see a clear return policy as well in case I change my mind about an order.

I loved the website design and functionality. My only downside is the shipping is advertised as 1-3 day shipping and mine took five days. Which is still very quick but maybe don't advertise what you can't deliver.

Very clean, well laid out website. Easy to find what you are looking for. Great selection to choose from!

Only thing i have to gripe is when i filtered by natural waist size, i would still get corsets that didnt even have my size as an option. Otherwise, very user-friendly and informative.

I would of given 5 stars, but the website at times does not link up if you are using multiple computers even when logged in to your User Name. Also, the colors are off, there was one in particular that says Green, but clearly was silver. These are only small things and I am excited to see what these look like on my girlfriend.

It did not give me an option to do standard shipping so I paid for the express shipping. It said 1-3 days to arrive but it's saying I won't get it until Monday. Which is a full week since I ordered.

I just wish instead of having to reorder corsets before they shipped that I wouldn't of had to pick all different ones because you no longer had some of the corsets I originally picked

I had trouble opening site to order but my daughter fixed the issue with my phone. I wish on historical site we could order period correct corsets made of cotton, silk or other fabric from era. I am into 1840s to 1890 and know several groups that would love it. Thanks

We accidentally ordered a pre-order item and customer service let us swap out products so we would get our order sooner ❤

Shopping was simple and quite enjoyable! The selection is varied, beautifully presented, and easy to sort by what one is looking for.
When there was a large delay with my order, even though it was out of their control, the wonderful people at Corset Story quickly informed me and helped sort out the best way forward.
Thank you so much!

There is a wonderful selection and the sizing charts make it easy to make sure I am getting the right size. I love all the reviews on the site as well so I can see what these corsets will look like on different body types.

I had to go through my email to find the clearance sale that was sent to me, there was no easy way to access the actual selection of corsets on the website, make it difficult for me to continue using the site to buy one. I was extremely excited to see the sale in my email but it was almost not worth the stress it caused when I couldn’t find the spot on the site to show my spouse what I was looking to buy. Not phone accessible at all.
