I have not received my order or heard that it is on the way. Ordered early April. I wish there was shipping for items in stock and receive backordered separate rather than having to wait months to receive anything. Updates on my order are not generated by corset story, ibhad to inquire about my order of which I was told would be on it's way by the end of this week. Its the end of the week, no correspondence. Not sure if I will continue as a customer after I receive what is already paid for.

Communication was EXCELLENT! I had pre-order items and they kept me up to date regularly on the progress. The corsets are BEAUTIFUL! Excellent quality, beautiful designs and despite the back order actually arrived early! It was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to show off my new outfits! I will DEFINITELY be ordering again!

I remember when this website was on the newer side of things and I thought it was an interesting website even though the products were expensive and the review ratio didn't it well with me. I've seen it grow a lot over the years and it just keeps getting more appealing and reviews got better with more of them and pictures of product on the person who bought it. PLUS the buy ONE GET THREE FREE is an amazing deal!! I think its great for people who aren't sure and can pick multiple styles to try for the price of one!

I ordered them over a month ago and still haven't received them. I understand delays and being international, so I'm patient. I'm just disappointed because I wanted them for a photoshoot.

I hated having to sign up for an app in order to track my package. I didn’t end up signing up for the app so I had no idea if my package would ever arrive. It has been three months and no word.

There are many selections available. The website looks great and the sizing chart is very helpful. I would have given 5 stars but many of the styles that I liked were out of stock in the size I need.

Ordered on the 15th, is now the 30th and still have not received package. Or any updates on when the package will arrive. Can't give a review of the product, but the service so far has been non-existent

Course it story corsets are always so well-made, comfortable, and beautiful. I rarely have time to make corsets for myself, and fitting is such a challenge it is good to know that I can rely on their selection and comfort to meet my own needs

I found shopping to be very easy…the corset descriptions and sizing chart were great for helping me choose sizes! The reviews at the bottom of each corset description helped tremendously!

Really easy shopping experience. I would give full stars if it weren't for how difficult it is on the mobile site to get to the articles to figure out the sizes etc. I kept having to switch to desktop to get full access. This is my only issue with the shopping experience this far. Minimal true but still a rather large annoyance when you don't know your size on this site.

Shopping was easy to navigate and I appreciate the search filters feature.
