I am sorry to hear that the corset was not as expected. The item you have ordered is a fashion corset which doesn't have steel bones, it is made of acrylic bones. If you wish to buy a waist trainer, you will need to choose from our waist training-category. You are welcome to return the unwanted item back to us. Please log into your Corset Story account, go to 'my account' and 'my orders', in 'view orders' you can submit a returns request. If you have any questions please contact our customer services. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

The online ordering was fast and easy. I loved all of the items I received but corsets are wrong for my body type. I am 4'11 tall and I couldn't sit in them.

Very fast delivery most sites take more than a month to get to New Zealand.

Could use better shipping/tracking, more info on shipping status under my orders . Site was easy to navigate, sorting by color was a particularly useful and appealing option.

I love the company and its always fantastic deals and the shipping is SUPER fast considering they had to come from the UK to me in the USA! I love the website's categories and the themed sales are the best thing.

I really wish this store had a better way to figure out your size. I was able to order two outfits that fit me perfectly and then two that were one size to small. They were all technically the same size. Other than that they arrived in a timely manner and I absolutely love my stuff.

Delivery and product and even return department was excellent. The only upset I had was I ordered the wrong size returned the product was credited but could not purchase the same corset because they did not have my size available.

The only reason that I did not select excellent is because the return/exchange process is not very streamlined or convenient. Otherwise everything with this order was excellent!

Promptly shipped my two orders, which then arrived in a timely manner. I was very pleased that even thought one of the corsets I ordered said only 1 left there were no extra delays in shipping it out. the only suggestion I would make for potential buyers is, if you are on the small end of the waist measurement for steel boned or waist training corsets, ( i.e. For a size 36 corset it recommends 40-41 , and i am just barely at 40 ), I found that a size 34 corset was a better pick because I can tightlace without closing the back entirely, where as the 36 closes all the way and can tighten no further.
