This company is amazing! I had bought a corset that was too long. Shipping was super fast by the way. I requested a return and exchange and they helped me through the process. They were quick with responding and extremely helpful. Now I'm waiting for the corset that's right for me. :) thank you corset story team. I will be buying more corsets from you in the future.

I am sorry you have not received your order yet. I have looked into your order and I can see that you have chosen CA Post Non Tracked shipping (7-15 Working Days) and your order was dispatched on 17th of March. Today it is the 12th working day. Please notice we don't count weekends and bank holidays because most of the courier services don't work then. I am sure you will receive your order by the end of next week. If you have any questions please contact our customer services. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind Regards, Nina Corset Story

Perhaps I didn't read everything thorough enough, but was very upset when my product arrived and additional shipping fees where required by ups.

Had to exchange all corsets for a smaller size. Waited over 2 weeks before exchange was processed and only after I had to contact them to ask about the replacements but love the corsets!

This is first corset, so it's still early, but the sizing was right on.
