I love ordering product from Corset Story. The only problem I have is that I wish they had shipment tracking. I know it takes a long time for the product to be shipped over seas...but I would like to be able to track my product so I know when I will get it. Thank you

We have different shipping options for the US, which are USPS non tracked shipping and iparcel and UPS express which are tracked services. I can see that you have chosen the USPS non tracked service, that's the reason we did not have a tracking number for your order. I am really sorry. I am glad to hear that the dress was a perfect fit, it is always nice to hear feedback from our customers. Have a nice day! Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

Very good service! My order wasn't linked to my account because I ordered as a guest, so I created an account and sent an email to Corset Story and within a few minutes the order was linked to my account and my corset was shipped on time. I would definitely order from Corset Story again.

Excellent customer service with a tricky order (partial exchange of original order, then a mix-up with sizing on the exchange shipment). Communication was prompt and clear.

After receiving my order confirmation, I never heard from them again. I guess I've been spoiled by the Amazon-type retailers, who send an email when the order is received and another when it ships, along with a delivery date estimate. The day my order arrived, I had planned to email Corset Story to find out if they had shipped it yet. Other than that, everything was fine.

I adore your corsets! They all fit great! The only problem I encountered was with the shipping. I paid $20 extra to have it delivered a little faster & it took the same time as regular shipping. I was waiting to be released by customs for 3 days & when it finally arrived it was delivered 6 houses away. Luckily tmy neighbor have me my package or else it would of been lost. But that was the UPS mistake.
