I am sorry that the item was not a good fit. I can see that you have submitted a returns request and once you have confirmed the valid tracking number, we can process with your request. I can see that you have chosen USPS non tracked shipping (7-15 working days) and your order was dispatched on 9th of March and your order arrived within the time limit. Please notice we don't count weekends and bank holidays as most of the courier services don't work then. I am sorry for any trouble caused. Kind regards, Nina Corset Story

The quality of the corsets is excellent. I would offer an excellent rating if the company offered more support for clients with common questions about corset wearing. To start, having detailed info about common questions on their website would be helpful.

I thought the corsets were beautiful but they were not what I had expected. I was under the impression that they had push-up tops but they did not so I requested a return. The company quickly responded to my return request and made it very easy to return the items. I will definitely consider future purchases from them but I will make sure I research the product more carefully.

The delivery was prompt, and they offer a lot of good deals. I have asked about they're returns/exchange policy because I am looking to exchange two of the corsets I received for other products that have the same deal applied to it as the corsets I purchased.
