Using the website was easy, though the shipping upset me at first. I know CS has nothing to do with that, so it's not worth putting in the review. Just expect to wait longer than the website says. Other than that, the website was easy to navigate and I picked a corset that fit my budget (the cheapest of the steel-boned) and that I thought would fit my body. The website has a huge selection and there is definitely a chance of me buying from you guys again.

Thank you very much for taking time to share your experience with Corset Story. We are delighted to hear that you are happy both with the quality and service provided by our company. If you feel back pains taking the corset off, you can try to leave it a bit more loose and see how it feels. I hope to hear again from you soon! Enjoy your purchase! Kind regards, Georgiana Corset Story

I wish the return process were easier. If there were a way to print off a return label from the website, or have a return label emailed to me, this section would have gotten an excellent rating.

I purchased 3 corsets and sadly they were too short for me and had to send them back in exchange for 3 long torso corsets. I changed not only the styles but also had to go down a size. They were so easy to work with. In the same day I had authorization to return, shipped, and already had my new corsets being sent out. Such wonderful people to work with. Love this company!
