Finally found another retro dress for spring/summer. Hell Bunny sounds good for me who's big idols were Betty Page, Betty Boop and Dita Von Teese!

Your customer service is excellent! I placed my order without creating an account so when I went back and created an account, my order didn't show. This was remedied quickly and easily almost as soon as I wrote asking about it.

Easy to shop on the website, and shipping came by the minimum date!! (As a canadian, this never happens). Although I wish they would make sure to display the fact that it's in USD and not another currency.

The company's changed a lot in the few years I've been shopping with them, and at times I'm not entirely convinced it's for the better. Communication with the company when there are errors can be a challenge (it took me over a month to get an exchange done, even after I followed all of their instructions), but despite all the drawbacks, they still remain one of the best places to get relatively inexpensive but still decent-quality corsets for those of us on a budget.

Thank you for taking the time to review on Feefo. I am glad to hear that you are happy with our products, but sorry to hear that one of the corsets did not fit you correctly. As every person has a different body shape, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee it will be the correct fit for each of our customers. Our size chart is only a guide line in order to help customers in choosing the right size. We also offer a guarantee for refund and exchanges. I am really sorry about the delay in processing your exchange, but can see that you have been in touch with our customer service department, and the exchange was processed yesterday and your new corset should be with you in 7-15 working days. We thank you for your valued order with us and once again please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Kind regards, Sophie Corset Story

Always been happy with the products offered; I hear a lot of negative comments regarding buying OTR corsets, but I find that Corset-Story offers good quality for an affordable price. I recommend you to my customers frequently.
