Products came quickly. Shipping delivery was delayed however, due to a customs fee. Given that Corset Story sells alot of product to the US, it would have been nice to have some warning ahead of time of a $50 customs fee.

I liked the products and the fact that I was able to make an exchange when I mistakenly got the wrong size as a gift for a friend. The only bad thing was the shipping- took two weeks to get here both times and I had to pay my own shipping to return it. Customer service responded to my requestfor exchange within 24 hours via email. Overall though, good price for the corsets.

Site is very easy to use. I used the site to purchase steel boned corsets. I liked that it has proper recommendations based on your current waist size. Customer service was easy to work with via email. Only bad thing was shipping took a while, but overall still very satisfied.
