They have been very good to work with. I would like more written instructions on how to use and maybe verbal instructions on how to order. The web page was not as user friendly as I would like.

I am frustrated that you did not tell me there would be a cost of $100 extra upon delivery.

My experience with Corset Story was amazing. I had an issue with my address being wrong, because of some wrong setting in my paypal account, which caused my order to go to a nonexistent address. They tracked my order down and got it to me in just a couple weeks without any charge to me! Thank you! I'll definitely be buying from here again.

Couture points seem to expire very quickly. They would be more of a genuine incentive if customers had time to accumulate a bit more.

Thank you for taking time to review on feefo. We are ending our couture point system and that is the reason it has short expiry date. We are keep improving our way of saying thank you to our customer. Kind Regards, Hisako Corset Story
