The returns process is very slow and complicated. And it takes a long time for any questions to be answered. However the quality has gone up and there are less problems with misinformation. I once bought 2 steelboned corsets only to find out that they were mislabled. I dont have that problem now.

Never was successfully able to get into the site to track my shipment and was first told my shipment did not have tracking, which it did. It arrived safe and sound however and I did finally get the tracking number

I love the corsets and the quality of certain products. Easy fitting guides to use to ensure the correct fit with any product. I have never had an incorrect order or corset rip on me.

The site is clean and easy to search, there are often very good promotions, the company is prompt with deliveries, even when they have to come across the Atlantic Ocean. While the sizing of their corsets are very inclusive, the specialty clothing they sell never has sizes to match up with the larger corsets.

The corset quality is fabulous. The website gives good info on sizing and photos are easy to navigate a large variety of styles! The variety and pricing is amazing. The return policy and procedure is a pain in the ass. (Amazon and Zappos are great!). It would be great to be able to 'cintinue shopping' at the same spot you left when you click in an item. I used both iPhone and iPad to access the site. Ive ordered about $1000 worth of merchandise and returned two. Ive recerred several fruends, too!
